Rick O'Hara of Illinois traveled to Alberta and harvested this beautiful black bear with his Gearhead X16 Tactical Crossbow. Nicely done, Rick!

We did a really cool crossbow build for a guy... even records the hunt through the scope in 4K! The frame is carbon fiber to keep the weight down and we used a minimalistic butt stock..

Today is a monumental day here at Gearhead! We made Gearhead bows available to consumers on April 2nd of 2015. We were ready to go on April 1st but delayed, so people won't think it was an April Fools joke.
