Gratitude always makes me feel better and I’m very thankful for all of you.

I’m always amazed by all the thoughtful and caring people I get to take care of. Rarely do I post about it. So, here’s a post to say thank you to all those people that trust me to care for them and quite often they return the favor to me.

Today a long time practice member brought me some raw goats milk from her farm. Thank you Crystal!

Another one of our family wellness members brought me a new scoby. I’ll be making Kombucha again. Thank you Melanie and family.

This month, for the Moms Wellness Meet-up, we will have two guest speakers with a range of topics from pregnancy to lactation and more. Bring all your questions and concerns.

Samantha Fitch is a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Healthy Children's Project and completed her doula training through DONA International. Lactation Counselors specialize in offering lactation support to families, including guidance on optimal breastfeeding positions, tips on latching, and establishing milk supply. 

Dr. Laura Magee Pediatric and Prenatal specialist will be there to answer your questions regarding the health of your pregnancy and the health of your kiddos.

Hey Prescott Families!

Since we’ve opened, I’ve been thinking about trying to bring more health and wellness conversation into our community.

I am a big supporter of our wellness families and would love to give back in a meaningful way.

The last Thursday of every month we will host a Mom’s wellness group. A group dedicated to elevating the conversation around health and wellness of our families as well as supporting the Moms here in the Quad city areas collectively.

We will have time to hang out, share stories, support one another and learn from at least one chosen guest speaker.

This month we will start the meet-up with our very own Dr. Laura Magee. She will begin with a small talk on Pregnancy and Chiropractic. Dr. Laura is certified in the Webster technique which is specifically for pregnant women to balance their pelvis and help cultivate a better environment.

This first meeting will take place at Prescott Family Chiropractic on Thursday, June 29th at 1pm. The meeting will last until 2:30.
