Come to The Adult Center on Rosser on Mondays at 11:00am. High energy and low impact. We do more than 5,000 steps every class!

Classes starting May 1st at The Adult Center on Rosser in Prescott. Every Monday at 11:00 am. $10.00/non member, $7.00/member - Silver Sneakers free (you can make a donation to the teacher directly to keep the program going)

Just to clarify...Granite Dells Estates classes are for residents and their guests. It is not open to the general public. The classes at Switch Dance studio (now called Sunrise Studio) is open to the public.
