Now that we are over 6 weeks into our fall season we wanted to update you on a few important notes.

- HIRING DESK STAFF
We are looking for a few desk people to join our desk team. Perspective desk people should be outgoing, professional, reliable, organized and available to work a consistent shift or be available to be a sub. If interested in becoming a WTT team member, please respond to this email and our desk manager Lisa will be in contact with you.

- MAKEUPS
Please remember, makeups are NOT guaranteed so please do your part by attending as many classes as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a missed class but once a student starts to request multiple classes they will be put at the back of the list so that first time requests are given a chance. If you request a makeup, please email the following address with the appropriate info, this info helps expedite the request process.

Winning Touch Tennis is proud to announce our fall 2023 junior program. Over the last 22 years, we've taken extreme pride in offering the most cost effective programs in the area that are right by our longtime, career oriented, professionals.

Sign-up will officially begin tomorrow (Wednesday, July, 26) at 10 AM. This is a first come, first serve basis so please be diligent in signing your child up ASAP. You can call the club at (609)720-0577 or stop by in person to sign up. Either way, a waiver must be filled out along with a full payment. The following are a few details to take note of to make your sign-up process as smooth as possible.

All students signing up for our fall 2023 program must sign up at the level they are currently in. If you believe your child has improved, we suggest you sign up for their current level and then schedule an evaluation to see if your child can move to the next level.

Waivers MUST be sent in within 24 hrs of your initial payment to finish your signup process. All students, current and new, must fill out a new waiver. A copy of our waiver can be found on our website. You can simply download it, fill it out and send a copy to our email at….. [email protected]

There is no prorating of classes.

All students signing up for multiple classes will receive 25% off their second and third classes. This discount applies to the lowest priced classes.

We added Sunday classes for Redball, Rookies and Tournament Training. With these levels growing faster than we can keep up with, the additional classes will accommodate more students for these levels.

Students can request a make up at [email protected]. Please understand, the request for multiple makeups will most likely not be able to be accommodated. Please make sure your child attends as many classes as possible for the interest of your child's (tennis) and our program.

Attached is our flyer with more details for our Fall Junior Program. This flier has everything you need, including class details and the new waiver.

Congratulations to Mario Beckles for winning 5 of 7 singles matches at this weekends L3. Mario made a run to the final of the back-draw but came up short against his friend. Mario also made it to the quarterfinals of the doubles draw. Great job Mario, you have ALL of our support.

Dear Parents & Friends

Winning Touch Tennis is proud to announce our 2023 Spring Junior Session, because of weather related cancellations, most Spring classes have different starting dates so please review the attached flier for expanded details.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT DATES & SIGN UP PROCEDURES!!!!

- Starting Monday, February 20th, our two week PRIORITY SIGN UP begins for all students currently signed up to our Winter session. During this two week period (2/20/23 through 3/5/23), all students signed up to our Winter session have priority over all other students to sign up to their current class. Students MAY NOT change days or be promoted during this two week period.

- If you have been promoted or want to switch days, we STRONGLY recommend signing up to your current program to hold that spot. Promotions and switching days are NOT guaranteed based on our program being filled.

- NEW! Starting Monday, March 6th, all students that have been promoted to the next level or students looking to change days may do so. This is a one day advantage to move up a level if your child has been promoted or you're looking to switch your child's day BEFORE the session is open to the public on Tuesday, March 7th.

- Starting Tuesday, March 7th @ 9:30am, all new students are eligible to sign up to the Spring Junior session. This is first come first serve so act fast! The limited spots available WILL GO FAST!!!!
