Heavy heart today, it was my last official day down at what you have come to know as Jade's British Girl Treats. . I was able to take the day and move my personal items out.

I was moved to tears as I did a walk through the building of my small business, the memories, the help and the kindness I have received over the last 7 years has been nothing short of what blessings look like.

Julie and Paul, welcomed me into the Historic Mercer Building and treated me like family. It was an honor to work with Julie and The Bunkhouse Studios.

It's time to order your custom-built bouquet for pick-up at Jade's in Prosser this Wednesday. Bouquets are $10 plus tax, and Gary & Suni will be on hand from 3:30-5:30 for pick-up. We usually have some "spares" on hand if you miss jumping on the order list, too.

Respond to this post with your color preference and number of bouquets, and we'll get them reserved for you.

Over the next week or two, I will be making the transition to leave the store front, you have come to know as Jade's British Girl Treats, it has been nothing short of a pleasure to be of service, thank you for enjoying my creations, it truly is my passion in life to be able to share my creative side with you. I could not have continued with so much success if it was not for the support from you all. My heart is full and overflowing! THANK YOU, just doesn't seem to cover it, but I hope you feel the love for you, as I have felt the love for me.

I am not going "away", just changing up how I work to suit my life needs at this moment in time. I will be reachable on my cell (I just added) or through messenger (it kind of works sometimes).

I am available, HOWEVER...... I am in full support of Crystal’s Crème de la Crème and will be recommending her. She is an amazing Baker with so much talent and needs your love as much as I received it. Prosser needs this little business, and I would love nothing more than to see Crystal bloom into her own light. Please, if you have not yet liked her page, please do, and stop in and introduce yourself.

I continue to be fully licensed and insured if anyone would like to know. It is really hard for small fully licensed business to succeed in a world where everyone can "work from home". these permits, license and insurance are in place for your protection, not ours. :).

What does my new pace look like? I will be keeping a few wholesale accounts, and I will be keeping my retail products in Crystal’s Crème de la Crème, and also a few other places, as soon as I can display. I will be offering classes in the near future for many things, Kids and Adults. I will also be offer "I'm making "this" this week who's in"

YES! I will continue cinnamon rolls and Prosser Farmers Market. My Original Recipes are staying with me, so I am going to have some fun with those in many ways!

Thank you again, for an amazing 7-year run, I too wish it could have been longer. But here's too another chapter and a new adventure!

My vacation is over and I've had the most wonderful time with my kids and grandchildren.

Some changes at work are being made, I am excited and very sad all rolled up with lots of emotions.

I have decided to test the water a little on being Semi-Retired......eek, did I just say that? Kinda makes it official when I see it in writing. 😢

It's time for me to slow down and smell the roses so to speak. I have kids and grandchildren that I truly want to see more of.

Soooo... Crystal is taking over, most have already been enjoying her creations for several months now, as she has been collaborating with me since March. She truly is amazing and so talented, I'm excited to see her dream come true. I know this loving community will help her be successful too.

I'm not going away, as I ease away from the store front, I will be more engaged with my website, farmers market and few more planned things like classes etc. I'm also going to develop a way to share my original recipes., and do pop ups with my cinnamon rolls. ❤️

Chocolate, fudge and retail items I make will still be readily available at Crystal’s for long time.

GIFT CARDS, will be accepted until September 30th. Please find them and use them. After this date, I will keep you posted on best way to contact me and see what we can do.

I'll be around a few more weeks, but I do want to give my heart felt thanks, share my gratitude for all the support I have received through the last 7 years. It' has been an absolutely amazing time in my life, I have come to see you as friends, I truly am going to miss the hugs, chats and pop in's just to say hi.

Prosserites, it's finally bouquet time! Each Wednesday, starting tomorrow, we'll be running bouquet pick-ups from 3:30-5:45 PM at Jade's. Bouquets are $10 each + tax. At Silent Book Club, there’s no assigned reading. All readers are welcome—ebooks, audiobooks, textbooks, comic books... it’s BYOBook!

Bring some snacks/drinks to share potluck style, along with any blankets or pillows to get cozy, we will have our trapeze rigs set up for you to hang out in while reading + there’s plenty of floor space to spread out 🤗

These events are FREE and focus on community ⬇️
Friends and strangers can gather at a set time and location, enjoy food/drinks, and share what they’re reading during a half hour of socializing before settling in for an hour of silent, sustained reading. At the end of the reading hour, attendees can socialize more—or not!
