She's been crowned Queen of Como Lake and Miss Twin Peaks, and has shared the stage with the likes of Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix. Francine has performed in burlesque festivals across North America and Europe and headlined the official Showtime Twin Peaks event. Sir Richard Wentworth (they/them) is a visual and sonic artist who has been spinning records since the waning days of the last century.

Sir Richard specializes in forgotten or neglected tidal pools of nostalgia, plumbing the echoes of dreams we once shared together. On any given occasion they're likely to spin you a melange of surf music, exotica, psychedelic rock, new wave, or even junkshop glam. Songs you remember. Songs you think you remember. Songs you try so hard to remember, but can't quite place.

In Lynch and Frost's masterpiece of trauma, grief and surreal absurdity Sir Richard finds a distorted mirror of their own warped inner space, and so they are pleased to be your sonic guide for this evening's excursion into the weird world of Twin Peaks.

Celia Smokinbutts is what happens when a wet dream becomes a nightmare. The result of a dangerously overactive imagination, Celia enjoys mixing burlesque, humor and body horror to give you something to wonder about while you can’t seem to fall asleep and you have to work in a couple hours. Celia enjoys long strolls through the dump, bloody marys and fighting!

Schaffer the Darklord (or STD) is a New York City-based rapper, drummer and comedian with material best-suited for nerdy and/or hedonistic audiences. With manic energy fueling a cartoonishly commanding stage presence, STD skewers such topics as substance abuse, sexual compulsion, urban anxiety and obsessive cat-enthusiasm. Imagine a Frankenstein-esque monster assembled from equal parts Bill Hicks, Adam Yauch, Joey Ramone and Prince, stitched together inside the shell of a maniacal heavy metal ex-patriot. STD has released nine albums and is a founding member of the touring nerdcore hip-hop collective known as the Four-Eyed Horsemen, along with MC Lars, Mega Ran and MC Frontalot. When he's not on the road, he produces the NYC burlesque/wrestling hybrid event called “TasselMania.” STD continues to write, record and perform with great frequency and has no intention of stopping until his rock and roll lifestyle destroys him.

Get swept up next by the ethereal sounds of Julee Cruise Director — the all-femme / non-binary Twin Peaks soundtrack supergroup featuring members of Major Stars, The Shaggs reunion, Shepherdess, and Umbrella Pine. The band channels classic hits such as “Falling” and “Dance of the Dream Man” from David Lynch’s collaborations with the immortal (and much missed) Angelo Badalamenti (1937–2022) and Julee Cruise (1956–2022).

Presented by Identical Cousins, this event will transport you to the Red Room, where themed cocktails flow all night long and Julee Cruise Director's ethereal sounds will haunt your dreams. Don your best Twin Peaks-inspired get-up and roam the ballroom, but watch out for doppelgängers and the man from another place. The night will be hosted by Francine "The Lucid Dream," with swoon-worthy performances and a mean Laura Palmer impression. Using a series of prompts, visual and audio cues we recorded and filmed artists to create this work and we’re releasing the music videos at an event on March 31st at Crystal Ballroom!

Artists and musicians themselves, Treebeard Media is dedicated to the craft of capturing the spirit of performances in a way that elevates them, bringing a combined 25+ years of experience and artistry to the table. Hey look! It's Adam and Marc of Dead Moon Audio! They are both multi-instrumentalists and they have played in various bands together including their most current project SATURNIIDS When the chance arose for the two of them to put a studio together they said, “yeah.” Shortly after, Dead Moon Audio was born.

Let's meet the cast of characters involved in our BETWEEN beyond project

TIFFY is the solo project of Boston based multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer Tiffany Sammy. Kickstarted by her self-recorded and self-produced debut EP Fire Sale in June 2019, TIFFY represents what it means for genres to clash and meld in 2021, preserving a bottled-up mix of dream rock and coarse punk. Her followup to Fire Sale, were two singles “Don’t Wanna Talk” and “Something For Nothing” released on vinyl & cassette through NH art label Dollhouse Lightning and received national press in the FADER, Paste Magazine, and NPR. TIFFY has performed in basements, clubs, festivals along the east coast, headlining a northeast tour in 2020 and taking the stage at the Foreside Music Festival(Kittery,ME) and The Thing In The Spring Music and Arts Festival (Peterborough, NH).
