On the left | Ardbeg Anthology- The Harpy's Tale has been matured 13 years in rare Sauternes wine casks and married with classic Ardbeg ex-bourbon. After over a decade in the cask, smoke swoops into sweetness with unmistakable character. Lovely, sweet, woodsy, balsamic.
On the right | This is the 2023 Committee Release from the Heavy Vapours line. Distilled without the usual purifier on the still and aged in bourbon casks, Heavy Vapours is extra smoky and dark, filling your senses with cardomom, peppermint, coffee grits, coal.

Fish and chips, who? Enjoy your frites with a different kind of seafood. Moules Frites is a delightful pairing of fries and Pemaquid mussels from Maine that we cook with bright vinho verde wine, chorico and preserved tomatoes. The mussels are wonderfully savory and fragrant and just melt in your mouth when met with warm, crispy fries. Make this your summer comfort dish (and don't forget to pair a summery white 🍷)
We've been running this special for a couple of weeks now and the feedback has been crazy. We've had too many people say it needs to be on the menu, so we just can't let it go. Here it is, our PB&J Cauliflower, officially sticking around for our next seasonal menu set.
We tempura fry the cauliflower and dress it in a house made peanut sauce and a sweet, spicy raspberry sambal. Irresistibly rich yet refreshingly tart and sweet at the same time. Plus, this dish is vegan and gluten free! Proof that a lot of the best dishes make their start as surprise specials 🧨
Stealing this pic from cuz we've got to show off this cocktail we teamed up on! This is the HARBINGER and it's one of three seasonal cocktails that we created especially to highlight our exclusive spirit collab with ISCO. Yes, we helped to create this gin that we call "Solarium." It's sunny, citrusy and warm. So we paired it with Genepy, Lillet Blanc, Cardamaro and orange bitters to create this take on a white Negroni.
Our cheese and charcuterie boards are in always in rotation, quite simply because we love cheese and we love meat, and there's always something new to try. Bringing in new products also lets us get creative with our pickle, jam and spread pairings by whipping up new house recipes. Do you have any memorable East End favorites?

Delightful duck toast with truffled gouda sauce, crème fraîche and bacon jam. We appreciate duck in many different preparations, but toast form is a newfound favorite of ours. Just feels right, no? 🦆🍞

The heat is turning up today and we're ready for it 🍷 This beauty here is an Orange Wine by Azimut. Grown in the Penedès region in Spain, this wine is made from a blend of indigenous grapes- Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Malvasia de Sitges. It's fruity, acidic, floral, peachy, everything you're looking for in an orange wine.
