It’s Friday. We are going into “the end of summer” but don’t you dare talk about fall just yet. We love summer around here. Limited Pickled Italian, Not Reuben’s and The Zeuben all weekend. Preorder online. When they are gone each day they are gone. We are open 12-5 through Sunday. CLOSED MONDAY AND TUESDAY.

We are rolling into the weekend! That means The Zeuben is on for limited time each day. We will be open 12-5 Friday through Sunday. The Not A Reuben! Is now on the daily menu for limited amounts as well. The Pickled Italian is on the “secret “ menu. Just ask. We will make it. Shirts are done and will be available next week! Good stuff. It’s Wednesday and yall are proving that Wednesday is definitely a busy day ! We ran out of Italian seitan quick today so apologies for that it’ll be all good tomorrow. The Not A Reuben is on the menu as a daily special now! It’s limited but it’s available each day.

A Saturday full of touring bands and friends! Thanks to , .holeofficial and for stopping in and grabbing food on the house. I love hearing bands tell me how they found out about this offer and from how far they came. It’s so rad.
Tomorrow closes out the week. WE WILL BE SHORT ON NOT REUBENS AND THE ZEUBEN. it’s been a busy week.

Heck of a Friday here at the deli. Debuted the It’s Not A Reuben. Sold out of those. Had a great friend stop in with her lovely girls for a few and had the most online pickup orders we have ever had in a day. We love you all. See you tomorrow before the Mindforce show on Sunday. And they said no one would want a vegan Italian grinder on a pickle. Sold out of those suckers in one day. We got Italian Chopped Suey back in the case. We have the Zeuben tomorrow ( Friday) through Sunday. Let’s get into this weekend. We have been flying through sliced seitan by the pound lately so we may have to cut off selling it around 4:30 each day.

In case you’re wondering about the pickle situation for the new Pickled Italian, these are what we are using at the moment. Sourcing a huge crunchy pickle is proving to be difficult however I think this size is perfect for a lunchtime snack. It comes with Italian Seitan, Ham Seitan, lettuce tomato onion banana pepper Italian dressing mayo and cheese. It’s actually REALLY good. $8. While they last.

A musical Wednesday here at PVDeli! We had the touring bands Sulfuric Cautery from Los Angeles, Suppression from. Richmond and Noose Sweat from British Colombia stop in and eat for free. They played at Alchemy last night and grabbed some food on the house today. We also have the Pickled Italian on the menu. We are here Wednesday through Sunday 12-5.

It’s Wednesday. We are open. We have added the limited edition Pickled Italian to the menu. It’s an Italian grinder on a medium/large scooped kosher dill pickle. ITS NOT GLUTEN FREE. see ya. Open 12-5 Wednesday through Sunday.

I finally got an opportunity to get a photo with the creator of one of our most popular sandwiches, The Zeuben !
Zach and I met years ago when he was one of my first customers for my seitan business Born From Pain. I’d deliver him bread and seitan semi regularly during Covid. When the kickstarter for PVDeli was put up, Zach donated to the campaign by choosing the highest tier of getting to design and name a sandwich! My biggest thanks for his support of my ventures through the years. Zach also donated 26 sandwiches towards our community free food for those in need. Everyone say thanks Zach !

House made meatball experiment for the potential Dinner at the Deli on Tuesday nights later this month. Gonna try and do pasta and meatballs and a meatball sub. What do you think of my meatball? No they are not gluten free sorry.

Another week In the books ! We had THREE bands stop in today and utilize our Touring Bands Eat Free program. Shout out to all the folks in the tagged bands. Be safe and have fun out there !
