It’s not always about imbibing. Sometimes you just want to vibe and trust us, our room is the perfect space for it. Here’s a look at one of our mocktails on the menu, the Little Honey.

It’s a play on a classic, bees knees but here we use Rose Tea that’s been steeped for 24hours as our base. Honey and Lemon combined with the overall feeling of being pretty turn this into one of the finer mocktails you’ll ever have. Got a thing for Roses and want this a little stronger? Ask one of our bartenders to add gin and see what happens next.

As an ode to our big sister & to honor her Farewell Tour we introduce to you the Sesame Sidecar. These days you have to wait to get a seat for dinner at North. While you wait, you should try one of these and prepare your palate.

We washed with sesame oil and pair it with & lime juice to give you a cocktail like you’ve never had. We serve it with sesame brittle just so you could never forget.

Make way for the Limonada. Our take on the mundane “lemme get a vodka soda”. Nothing wrong with drinking tasteless but you should give this a try. We infused Tito’s Vodka with thyme and ad lavander syrup and lemon juice to help upgrade the usual. It’s all topped off with soda water and occasionally garnished with local flowers. It’s true, our Milk Punch has changed.

Introducing the Aviation Milk Punch. Unlike the classic we’ve opted out of the Creme de Violette in exchange for Aperol. Instead, we used the elusive and let the butterfly pea flower speak volumes for its self. Maraschino Liqueur & Cherry Brandy help round out the edge of lemon cutting right through heavy cream & whole milk.

The Caipirinha has been a staple combining Cape Verdean Grogue & Mezcal Joven with mango, lime, cilantro and a hint of salt. But it’s been a while so you decided to change just a little. You’re passionate. It’s only right.

We changed just one ingredient and still kept it the same. See you soon.

Our new menu has arrived. Some things have stayed the same and some things have changed. Sorta.

Behold the Lady Holly. Like our former Gin & Tonic on the menu, we infused gin but this time we’re using pink peppercorn. Combating the kick of the pink peppercorn, this drink is part Apricot Liqueur and balanced with peach bitters, lemon juice and a hint of absinthe. It’s all topped with Tonic.

Like always, we encourage you to play with your Gin & Tonic and choose if you’d want more citrus or a touch of mint. It’s your call.
