Juneteenth: Celebrating freedom, fostering curiosity, and championing representation. Let's continue learning about and honoring the diverse voices that shape our history and future.
During Men’s Health Month we remember that eating disorders can be more difficult to identify in men. While there is a lack of data on the prevalence of body image and eating disorders affecting men, we know that men often feel pressured to look and eat a certain way. Extreme diets and workout plans are common, for athletes especially, and this food noise becomes loud.
As you pursue health this month, let us help you find the joy in nutrition again through our nutrition therapy services.
