Janie Ganga Sparkle Bell had a new assistant to help her plan the Meditation in Motion practice she offered this morning for Gentle Amrit Yoga -- she was subbing the Thursday 9:30-10:45am class. Bhagya will be back to lead it regularly again on Thursday July 11th. (Online classes will be on pause for the July 4th holiday).

Oh deer! We have only 2 spots left for our in-person Yoga Retreat tomorrow Saturday June 1st from 10am - 4pm. :D
We'll plan to enjoy the labyrinth and the outdoor space during our vegetarian lunch, with time for journaling and connecting with one another.

I wanted to let you know that a dear friend of mine from my Kripalu days, Michael Amarish Orlando, is leading a Kirtan in Needham MA on Sunday, 11/19 from 7 – 9pm at the Common Street Spiritual Center.
Amarish lived at the Ashram from mid 70's to mid 80's.
He was there when Bapuji came to Sumneytown.
