Dear friends and customers,

We want to address and clarify the circumstances surrounding the closure of Fresko. Here are the facts:

1. We received an unjustified eviction notice.
2. We lost our deposit and the investment made in customizing the space.
3. We removed all our equipment and purchases, and we have receipts to prove it. We also left behind equipment we did not purchase, including chairs and two refrigerators and everything that was not owned by Fresko.
4. After removing our property,we deep cleaned the entire space.
5. We are being harassed on Instagram with false theft accusations.
6. We are now facing an unfounded lawsuit.

This situation has left us heartbroken and frustrated, but we assure you that we have done nothing wrong. We will continue to fight for the truth and protect our reputation with a lot of pictures and documents.
