So many firsts for me! First time tempering chocolate on my own, first time using polycarbonate molds, first blueberry purée, first fruit ganache, first bonbons!! Thrilled with how they turned out. Next time rather than brushing with luster dust l will try using colored cocoa butter in the mold.

Thank you for the chocolate tempering video on YouTube 😍 and thanks to the lovely lady at Bakers c&c who patiently helped me try couverture chocolate samples until we found what I loved! Started with dark chocolate and then needed more to temper (tempering took me 3 tries haha) so I resorted to the semisweet I forgot I had. Turned out great though!
