Tip of the Dia: the quality of cocoa powder is definitely a big deal in your baked goods.

Gluten free gingerbread crinkle sandwich cookies🎄

The combination of the warm spice of the gingerbread and the creamy texture of the vanilla bean cream cheese frosting inside is the perfect holiday combination. Comment “🎄🎄🎄” and I will DM you the link for the recipe!

Tip of the Dia: letting gluten free cookies chill longer is key to minimize the gritty texture of the gluten free flour.

Gluten free gingerbread sandwich cookies with white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

This is a perfect match! Best when chilled😍

Tip of the Dia: chill cookies with soft frosting fillings to allow them to stay fresh longer and keep their shape!

Sundays are some of the best days. Be home with the family and not worry about work or responsibilities outside of the home. So we bake!

Gluten Free Fruit Tarts. I like mini ones because they are just gosh dang cute! Recipe coming soon!

Tip of the Dia: freeze your tart shell crust before popping it out of the tart pan for an easier and cleaner experience when trying to pop them out.

Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcakes for the cutest adventure baby shower💚
Tip of the Dia: When making any gluten free cake, use room temperature ingredients. This helps the moisture and crumb of the cake; meaning you don’t get really dry crumbly cake like you do with many gf treats.

Team Thick Ganache or Team Whipped Ganache? Comment below!👇🏻
Tip of the Dia: Using a spoon and measuring cup, spoon and level your flour. If you scoop and level your flour, you will get 1.5x more flour than you need in the recipe! Crazy stuff!

What better way to celebrate peach season than with fresh from the orchard peaches! Had to put them in my peach cobbler cinnamon rolls! Add maple brown sugar cream cheese frosting and BOOM, deliciousness in every bite!

Gluten Free Cornbread Cookies with Honey Buttercream. Holy cow! Great cookie for all cornbread lovers😍
Tip of the Dia: using a food scale (even the cheap $15 ones) will give you a more accurate measurement than the typical volume measuring tools like cups and spoons. Less room for error this way!
What gluten free cookies are you wanting to see next?

07/05/2021

Gluten free rainbow sherbet sugar cookies! Best way to celebrate any day honestly😋
Tip of the Dia: roll your dough between two parchment paper sheets so you don’t have to add more flour everyone you roll the dough out to cut it. Excess flour to the dough will make the cookie dryer.

Happy 4th of July🇺🇸
Tip of the Dia: make sure to always cover your royal icing with a lightly damp paper towel when you are not using it. This helps not dry out your icing!

06/24/2021

Freshly baked sweet rolls is a smell that I would be okay having in my house all the time. Anyone else with me?
Tip of the Dia: to make the filling, you can use cornstarch or EZ Gel. I find that cornstarch works just great to thicken my filling enough to spread easily in the rolls and bake beautifully in the oven (and never ooze out!).

06/22/2021

Blackberry rolls. These are a fun treat to make in the summer! What is your favorite summer treat?
Tip of the Dia: When using any yeast for a baked product, make sure that your yeast is still alive. Otherwise you will have flat products rather than pillow-y soft products.

06/21/2021

What is your favorite type of sweet roll? Comment below👇
Tip of the Dia: using a scale to weigh your ingredients like flour will help eliminate that dry crumbly texture you don’t want in any baked good.

Happy Father’s Day to all those who are father or father figures. I have eternally blessed with a great husband who will become a great father, and a great dad who has been by my side and has loved me always. Swipe to see my father and daughter dance (Braden came and joined us too).
Tip of the Dia: when creating white buttercream, make sure to use clear vanilla or other clear extracts so no added colors change the color even the slightest.

06/20/2021

Happy Wedding Day, Tiffany and Jared! Thank you for letting me be part of this exciting day with you!
Tip of the Dia: always sift your powdered sugar before adding it to your buttercream. This helps make sure there are no lumps of powdered sugar in your buttercream, as well as keeping it light and fluffy!

06/02/2021

Have extra cake? Did your cake crumble before you could decorate it? Did it not come out of the pan properly? No worries, make cake pops or in this case, cakesicles!
Tip of the Dia: instead of wasting cake, make it into something delicious and looks great!

05/31/2021

“This is the day we pay homage to all those who didn’t come home. This is not Veterans Day, it’s not a celebration, it is a day of solemn contemplation over the cost of freedom.”
Tip of the Dia: freeze your cake pops(icles) in the freezer for about 2 hours before dipping them in chocolate or candy melts. This helps them stay together in their shapes.

05/27/2021

Happy Graduation to all the high school seniors this year! You did it!
Tip of the Dia: to get a natural looking black buttercream without any food coloring, use black cocoa powder. It tastes great and doesn’t dye your mouth black!

It’s National Chocolate Chip Day! What is your favorite flavor of chocolate chip? Mine is milk chocolate all the way.
Tip of the Dia: add a little bit of cornstarch to your cookies when adding flour, this will give a soft cookie texture that many bakeries create.

05/13/2021

Those swirls though😍
Comment below, what is your favorite summer flavor? Mine is watermelon🍉
Tip of the Dia: don’t melt your butter completely when you are about to spread your filling on sweet rolls, you want to whip your butter so it spreads easy and doesn’t ooze when baking!

05/13/2021

What’s better than eating cake? Sharing cake!😉
This gluten free vanilla cake was made for my grandma. Grandmas are the best💛
Tip of the Dia: when it comes to gluten free, room temperature ingredients help the cake so it is not as dry and crumbly.

Photos from dias_delights_co's post 05/09/2021

Happy Mother’s Day to all the woman in the world!
Tip of the Dia: crumb coat your cake before the final coat so that you don’t have to deal with cake crumbs in the final coat. I freeze my crumb coat for 10-15 minutes before the final coat to make sure nothing mixes!

05/08/2021

Cinnamon rolls are always a fan favorite. Fresh baked cinnamon rolls would have to be one of my favorite scents. If my house could smell like that everyday, I would be okay with that!
Tip of the Dia: Not sure if your yeast is still okay to use? Test a tablespoon of yeast in warm water and make sure it foams within 5 minutes. If it does, it’s okay to use still! If it doesn’t foam, it’s time to get new yeast.
