Our Tamales are homestyle and handmade. Haven't been in a while? Come say hello!

Hal has been making his famous tamales for over 40 years now!  He and his wife, Elaine, are the founders of Landmark Catering in Provo UT and they started the Tamale Market in June of 2020.  With the COVID pandemic, they were looking for opportunities outside of catering, and Tamale Market was born!

MUST READ!! We’ve got new hours and a few updates to let you know about!
• We now have a HOLIDAY SWEET TAMALE!
• We will be at the Market Friday and Saturday at least this week and probably all month!
• Due to popularity and in an effort to reduce food waste, we’re going be mostly selling tamales frozen to take home and steam! If you’re only getting a few you can still get them hot, but if you plan to get 6 or more please plan on getting them frozen or calling ahead / ordering online so we can prepare them and have them hot when you arrive!

NOW is the time to order your holiday tamales for family gatherings! Order in person or on our website and add a note for when you’d like to pick them up. For bulk orders you NEED TO ORDER IN ADVANCE so we can prepare your tamales in time.

Happy Fall! With the colder weather, the Tamale Market will now be operating out of the building next to us instead of out of the truck! To order tamales, you can order pickup or delivery ONLINE at tamalemarket.com, or come to the South entrance of during our normal hours and we’ll prepare your order and bring it to you in your car!
