We are looking for:
• Individuals motivated to help our customers in times of crisis
• Four years of related experience in customer service, finance etc., or a four year college degree
With experience or skill including:
• Problem solving
• Independent worker
• Ability to apply complex policies and procedures
• Working with complex computer systems
• Customer service

As a reminder, starting tomorrow, our eligibility system, including myCase and the Eligibility Services phone lines, will be down for mandatory maintenance. The system is scheduled to be back in service by Monday. Customers can still use their EBT card while the system is down. Delivers employment counseling to case managed Veteran customers by helping to remove barriers and increase skills in order to obtain and maintain employment.
