Here are a few ideas for how to celebrate the Spring Equinox

Plant seeds, both literally and figuratively. In the metaphorical sense, you can plant seeds of intention, using this season of new growth to cultivate new things in your life. And in the literal sense, its growing season. Get those plants started!

Generate movement. Winter can be a time of hunkering down and nestling in, but spring is the perfect time to get moving. Take a walk and look for signs of spring. The daffodils at the courthouse across the street have just started to peek through 🌼

Open a window. Breath in the crisp air and let the fresh spring breeze rejuvenate your home.
