Everyone plays a part at Landmark! We don’t know where we’d be without our wonderful servers like Elizabeth here! Had the wonderful opportunity the other day to get out of the office and swing in to a seated serve to work with this great team. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to work—and eat phenomenal food—look no further!

You don’t have a business that runs for 22 years (with almost no marketing) without consistently putting out quality, and being great to work with. Just sayin’ 😉

When you call us the first thing we will ask you is, “Tell us about your vision for the event!” We can do casual or fancy, buffet or seated serve, disposable plastic or preset formal ware like above. Whatever you choose, we will make sure it looks it’s best!

Life is rough when grilling season is wrapping up and you just haven’t quite met your hamburger quota. ;) Don’t worry, we got your back. Thank you everyone for an incredible summer!

So much of the magic we create happens long before the event! While it may only take a handful of staff to set out the food at the venue, what people don’t see is the kitchen teeming for hours beforehand to prepare food for your hundreds of guests. Reviews like this are the most direct line that most of our staff can hear your appreciation! Thank you to all who have worked with us and left kind words for them!

So what does a meal with Landmark look like? Two buffet tables put together for length, several cold sides first such as salad and fresh rolls, followed by the hot sides in chaffers. Then comes your meat/main course! Typically on a separate table you’ll grab your drink and delicious dessert! We also accommodate dietary restrictions for just about every event. Just let us know a couple of weeks in advance what to plan for!

Aesthetics is a huge part of Landmark Catering. Anyone can put food out, but we know how far those extra touches can go. We use porcelain dishes, risers, elegant chaffer dishes, and use runners to color coordinate with your event!

At each of our events we pride ourselves on No. Plain. Tables! You can count on us to have porcelain dishes, risers, lovely greenery, or color coordinating table runners! Because these mini mousse cups and mini fruit tarts deserve a little spotlighting. ;)
