So glad to have had 45 in Sunday School today, and 48 for our Christmas Program. God is good! Merry Christmas from The Church Of God in Pueblo, CO
Come be with us on Sunday to celebrate the greatest gift ever given! Hope to see you there!
What a great time we had yesterday at The Church of God in Pueblo Colorado! Good Sunday School, Good worship service where you could definitely feel the presence of the Lord! Following our service we had our Christmas Party! I didn’t get a lot of pictures, but here are a few of the kids and the fun time they had. We had some great food, wonderful fellowship, and lots of fun! There are a lot of wonderful people at this local Church that truly love God, and each other. The adults had just as much fun, if not more than the kids. Thank you to everyone that had a part in this day!
What a great time we had in the Lord! I’m telling you I believe God is about to do something in Pueblo Colorado!
Thank you to the great people of Chik-fil-a for allowing us this opportunity! We had 4 visitors with us, and one made the comment that we peaked their interest and they want to come check us out sometime! God is good! No souls were saved, but I feel seeds were planted and Gods going to do a work! Thank you Sister Gabie Booth for your heart for this, and all the local congregation for your help!
Come be with us! Expecting great things from God!
Had two good services today with some spending some time in the altar this morning.
We also had two visitors. We had 25 in attendance in Sunday School. I’m really expecting God to move in Pueblo Colorado this year as we follow His leading, and guiding.
Zechariah 4:6 KJV
Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying,
Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
The Church of God at Pueblo was blessed to be able to shower our Pastor’s family with as much love as we could on their last Sunday here. We will miss them dearly, and we’re praying for them as they embark to North Carolina and the new work that God has called them to. ❤️
Today was a beautiful day as we were able to hold a small Baptismal service at the river. We had several baptized. Thank the Lord for this wonderful opportunity! Here are a few pictures for you to enjoy!
Isaiah 60:1 KJV
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
Oh what a beautiful day to celebrate the 120th anniversary of The Church of God coming out of the dark ages.
There have been some stormy waters and many battles but God has kept his gracious hand on his bride all the way through. 120 years have passed and The Church is still pressing on!

Merry Christmas to all from The Church of God in Pueblo!
It was a blessing this past Sunday to have Brother Ryan Peters and his family in service with us. We were able to enjoy a good message, a beautiful special song, and wonderful fellowship with thier family. They were surely a blessing to us, and we enjoyed having them in service with us!
We would like to wish each one a happy and blessed Thanksgiving! In Christ, we truly have so much to be thankful for! God has blessed us all beyond measure!
Here are just a few pictures from our Outdoor Mission Service on Thursday night.
The Word was preached to the community around our local church in English and Spanish. Though there are some who simply don’t want to hear the gospel, our hope and prayer is that someone within hearing distance received conviction from the Lord. We’ve been doing more outreach in this community and have seen some promising things.
Mark 4:3-9:
“Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred. And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.”
We are thankful that our District Overseer, Brother Joshua Clawson was able to come and minister to us and to the neighborhood. Only God knows where these seeds landed, and it is our prayer that some of them landed on good, fertile ground. We will continue to plant and water in this area, and trust that the Lord will bring the increase.
Come join us for an outdoor Mission Service in our church parking lot this Thursday!
I just want to take a moment and thank God for his goodness as well as ask for your continued prayers.
As many of you know, I have been very very sick for the past 10 days. I have faced many different symptoms and difficulties throughout this. Sore throat, cough, body aches, dizziness, vomiting, and other things. I have lost around 10 pounds and haven't been able to do or eat much at all. At one point I was in so much pain and was so weak it felt as if my body was shutting down.
It has been my desire to trust in the Lord for my body, and at times this has been very difficult. I have found myself praying for faith to trust for another day, hour etc...
Often times through this sickness, simply sitting up for more than a few minutes would completely drain my energy. I have been limited to bed rest and using the restroom as that is all my body could handle. This sickness has caused me to miss several church services, which is not something that has ever happened during my time as pastor. I have just been physically unable to be there.
The past couple of days have been a little better as many of the symptoms have gone away, however now I am still dealing with major fatigue and exhaustion. I still have very little strength and need the Lord's help. I am praying that by God's grace he will allow me to be in church tomorrow.
I want to give a huge thanks to my wonderful wife who has stood by and helped with so many things with this.
Please continue to keep me in your prayers. I need the Lord to strengthen my body and help get me back on my feet.

We enjoyed a beautiful day today! Our local Church had Sunday School in the park and we enjoyed a good spirit of love and fellowship in our service! Our children's class was able to bring in 2 children who were playing at the park and we were able to share the good news of the gospel with them. This led to us being able to reach out and share the love of God with their mother as well. This good spirit was followed by a wonderful BBQ and fellowship! God is good and He is blessing at our local church here in Pueblo!
Happy Mothers Day to our local Church moms! And to all other moms! You are ALL loved and appreciated. We pray for God's wonderful blessings to be with you on this day!
Please come and join us tomorrow as our regional VLB coordinator will be here to minister the word of God! Sunday school begins at 11am and worship service is at 12pm!
