Our unique recipe, which took years to develop, is a true labor of love, made over the course of three days. Thatâs rightâevery Saturday, youâre enjoying donuts that began their journey on Thursday!
Each week, we start with the first step on Thursday, continue with the second and third on Friday, and finish by frying them fresh on weekend mornings. These arenât your regular donutsâthese are giant, gourmet delights that are fluffy and light inside, with a perfect crunch on the outside. We promise, you wonât find anything like them anywhere else!

Hey we Made some asparagus juice flatbread and homemade vegan feta today for this awesome dish we put together with The Cutting Board for the event at Fuel & Iron Food Hall - paired with their mushroom duxelle, farm fresh tomatoes from Milberger Farms, and miso âbutterâ asparagus - this dish was one for the books.
We teamed up with our buddies at Trailglazers Bakery & Cafe for the Electric Avenue event today, and this was our little plate! They made the Asparagus bread and plant based feta, and we did a mushroom duxelles, miso butter asparagus, and some fresh tomatoes from the farms! It came out great! đ
Our updated menu and breakfast biscuit sandwiches were a hit today! Now donuts and biscuits and gravy all weekend??? Whaaaaat!?!? Itâs gonna be so good!

Hey Trailglazers is hiring! We are looking for a part-time, mostly evening employee to join our team! Specific hours we are currently looking for (subject to changes) includes Mondays from 2-11, Wednesdays from 5-8, and Thursdays thru Saturdays from 5-10. Role includes mainly helping customers and barista work, but will include some food preparation as well. Pay starts at $15/hr, doe. Prefer some barista, food, and/or customer service experience. Weâre a small but close team and we work in a tiny space - would love to find someone that fits right in!
