The favorite part of my job is when people finally find out the crabs they have been purchasing for years uses some type of J.O. Spice, one of our blends or a proprietary blend we make for their business only available at their business.

There are some value blends out there that contain too much salt but they are specifically made for the crab house on a budget. We make anything they request! Some have high dollar blends lacking no quality! It’s all in the crab house.
