I wanted to share this fun card we made, My sweet hubby and i made this specially for our local post office and wanted to tell them thank you for always taking such great card of all our mail and Stampin'UP! boxes sent there way. We dropped it off with some cookies for the staff to enjoy! I used a new stamp set bundle from the new Jan.to April mini called sending love found on page 11, It's not really a winter set but you sure can make it one if you change some of the items in the set and pull in a couple items from your Christmas stamp stash. Halloween is over and it's November! Thanksgiving time! It's time to gather with family and friends and thinking about all the things you're grateful for. I'm grateful for all of you I think about you often even if I haven't seen or talked to you lately. Wishing you all a wonderful November.

Would you like to make some quick and easy Christmas cards? This kit is called Christmas Everywhere #162422.
It's a great kit for beginners, You get to make 9 cards with envelopes and plenty of extra pieces to make even a few more cards by adding any supplies you already have on hand. You can find this kit online under card kits. This kit comes with everything a stamper needs to get started even a clear block and lost lagoon ink spot. This would also make a great kit for someone you love that might need something to do and we all know that anytime we craft it makes you smile as will as it makes the person receiving the card you send smile too.

Here are a few ideas I have made using the Stars at night bundle #162007 That is finally available. The first two ideas are simple cards and easy to make for Christmas.
The other idea is something I saw in a small shadow box made by a fellow demonstrator Stella Lynn Clemons (Stampin w/ Stella). I decided I wanted to create this wonderful idea using the full 12x12 DSP and putting it into a 12x12 shadow box. I love how it turned out. Stella added lites and straw I might still do that as well.

Here are the class cards we made last weekend, the description of each card is in the captions. Just click on the photo to see the items I used. The dies are amazing and I used the Nested Essentials dies on all of the three cards these are a great addition to your collection. I also love the ribbon ideas. Enjoy and comment and tell me which card is your favorite.

I needed a Wedding card so I decided to use the stamp set and dies from the Artistically inked stamps and the Artistic dies these are on page 114 and 162 I also used vellum and alcohol blends coloring the back of the vellum before die cutting the flower images. I die cut the gold leaves using the distressed Gold specially paper which is on page 127 This is my go to specially paper when I need something gold it's gorgeous and only $5.00

Check out the cards I made using the Earthen Elegance suite, There is so much texture in this collection, from the stamp set dies and Oh this Designer series paper is amazing. The possibility is endless. You can find this collection on pages 70-71 of the annual catalog.
