Good news! Charlie Hunnam is getting to Puyallup by 9:30 am tomorrow, but he now needs to leave just before 1 pm because he has to be back at a production set tomorrow evening. We are grateful that he chose to come back and meet his fans instead of canceling outright, but his line will be capped at some point in order for him to be on the road in time for his return.

So... we have had to adjust photo ops slightly, so please look at the new schedule. Charlie's photos will be at 11 am now and the SOA group will be at 10:30 am tomorrow. Double-check all of your times.

Just received word that Mark-Paul Gosselaar wasn't able to make his flight as he is battling the flu right now. All individual photos with Mark-Paul are being refunded automatically. For the duo photos, please stop by the PRO PHOTO booth on the south side of the Showplex to let us know if you would like to exchange the duo for individuals with Mario or Breckin at the show.

Currently, all available tickets/badges for Saturday have been sold out. The Box Office will not be selling any new tickets this morning. At 11 am, we will decide in coordination with facility and security officials if we can sell any additional badges for Saturday. It is not our goal to sell as much as possible, it is our goal to provide a safe and enjoyable experience at the Washington State Summer Con.

Non-ticketholders, please do not crowd or line up around the box office at the Blue Gate. The area will have heavy congestion already. Any decision will be posted here prior to the Box Office opening. In the meantime, Sunday tickets are selling quickly online. Thank you!

Our lineup had a Super loss today. Today, we received some sad news about Tom Welling. Today he fell ill and cannot travel back to his favorite convention in Puyallup. This cancelation was tough for Tom to make, but he didn't want to get any of his fans and friends sick.

We are in the process of working out a plan with our AMAZING friends at Yapsody. This will affect many photo ops tomorrow and Sunday. All solo photo ops will be refunded ASAP. For all duo and group photo ops, please check in with the Photo Ops booth on the SOUTH side of the Showplex and we will either refund the whole purchase or partial tomorrow or Sunday.

The SMALLVILLE NIGHTS will continue as planned. Michael Rosenbaum insisted that the show must go on as he is preparing a fantastic show tomorrow night at the Coca-Cola stage. If you have tickets, it will be a night to remember.

Guess who made it into town a little early? Gordon Cormier will now be joining Dallas on the show floor today between 4 pm and 7 pm. Come meet the AVATAR today!

It is Summer Con TIME!!! A few notes and reminders…

The doors open today at noon. (11:30 for VIP guests). VIP please use the Blue gate for entry.

The blue gate, gold gate, and green gate will all be active. The green gate should be used if you are interested in gaming. The shuttle will start to run a little bit after noon and will start running attendees to and from the Gaming Hall. Once you enter the blue gate, the transportation area will be to your left near the main stage. The shuttle will be making trips all day until 7:00 p.m.

Remember, the gaming Hall is open until midnight. So when you are finished at Summer Con, stay and enjoy the gaming Hall until midnight. If you would like to stay, it would be best advised to move your vehicle and re-enter through the Green gate to the Gaming Hall. The shuttle will not be driving back to the show after it closes at 7:00 p.m.

If you purchased a Smallville or Sons of anarchy superfan, you can pick up your items and photo op at the photo op booth located just outside of the Showplex this year

The Merchandise booth has moved to our new Centennial Hall. The Centennial Hall is near the Blue Gate.

On the back of your Badges, there is a QR code to scan for our mobile website. This link will have access to photo op times, panel times, maps, and more information.

Photo ops have changed this year. You no longer have to redeem your QR code for a card to get your photo op. We will be scanning your QR codes directly while you are in the final queue to get your pictures. No need to stand in two lines this year.

If you need to purchase photo ops, the photo op Booth is on the outside on the south side of the Showplex.

Yes, you may bring in unopened water bottles or empty water bottles and refill them in the Showplex. No open liquids will be allowed. Personal food items are allowed.

At this point, our social media team is now focused on the show. We will not be as available to answer your questions or emails. If you have any ticket issues, see the customer service area at the Blue Gate. If you can’t find your ticket, download the YAPTICKETS app from your app store.

Ashley Eckstein has a production change and has to return on Saturday evening. She will no longer be with us on Sunday. If you have purchased an Ashley photo or group photo, we have already emailed you instructions on an exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, a bug has Melendy Britt under the weather and Alan Oppenheimer cannot make the trip to Puyallup. We will miss She-Ra and Skeletor this year and hope to have them back soon at one of our other shows this year or early next year.

Colleen Clinkenbeard, one of the most prolific anime voice actresses to the Washington State Summer Con from June 21st through the 23rd in Puyallup. Colleen has over 300 roles in anime and video games in addition to her ADR directing credits.

We just received word that Brent Spiner can not make it back from France in time for Friday at Summer Con. His flight gets in about the time that we close for Friday's show He will still be with us Saturday and Sunday at the show. If you purchased anything with or including Brent on Friday, check your email for instructions.

Garrett Hedlund has to be back in NYC on Sunday for work. He didn't want to cancel the appearance so he will be with us Saturday only this year. If you purchased anything with or including Garrett on Sunday, check your email for instructions.

The Washington State Summer Con is proud to introduce our newest feature/friend for the show. Please welcome T.E.C. to our lineup. You could describe T.E.C. as a personal assistant, an alarm clock, or your personal public address system.

We are always looking to improve our processes and systems at Summer Con, so our team created something for fans looking for greater communication and more information while at the show. Examples include:

Of course, we would have Lois join Clark and bring two awesome Lois Lanes to the same show! Our final guest this year is none other than Lois Lane from the CW series Superman & Lois. Please welcome Bitsie Tulloch to the Washington State Summer Con lineup for one day to join Tyler Hoechlin for the ultimate Superman ensemble in the Pacific Northwest. Come meet Bitsie on Sunday, June 23rd at the show.

Elizabeth (Bitsie) Tulloch was the female lead on the NBC series Grimm (2011–2017). She played the role of Juliette Silverton / Eve in the fantasy police procedural drama set in a world where characters inspired by Grimm's Fairy Tales exist.

Bitsie played Lois Lane in The CW Arrowverse crossover events "Elseworlds" in 2018 and "Crisis on Infinite Earths" in 2019. In 2021, Tulloch and Tyler Hoechlin reprised their roles as Lois and Superman in the spinoff television series Superman & Lois. The 4th and final season is set to be aired this fall.

Tulloch's first acting credit was as R2-D2's girlfriend in R2-D2: Beneath the Dome, a mockumentary produced by George Lucas telling the life story of the fictional robot R2-D2 from the Star Wars film series.

She has appeared on the television shows House, Cold Case, The West Wing, Moonlight, and Outlaw. In 2007, she filmed a role as a Dharma initiative scientist for the ABC series Lost, but her role was re-cast due to scheduling conflicts with Quarterlife.

We are thrilled that Holly Marie Combs quickly changed her plans and decided to return to the Washington State Summer Con in Puyallup again this year for all of the Charmed fans!!

Holly is an American actress and television producer known for her noteworthy performances in TV series, such as ‘Picket Fences,’ ‘Charmed,’ and ‘Pretty Little Liars.’ Combs started her career early when she landed a significant role in the comedy-drama ‘Sweet Hearts Dance.’ After a while, she got her big breakthrough when she was cast in the CBS television series ‘Picket Fences.’

In 1998, she was seen as a witch in the WB television series ‘Charmed.’ Along with the TV series, she has also appeared in movies like Ocean’s Eleven and See Jane Date. She signed the contract to produce and star in ‘Mistresses,’ a TV series based on the British series of the same name. In 2010, we saw her in ‘Pretty Little Liars’ where she was the mother of one of the main characters. ‘Pretty Little Liars’ ended with the seventh season, and Combs appeared in the last episode.
In 2015, she was seen with her Charmed co-star, Shannen Doherty, in her own road trip reality show ‘Off the Map with Shannen & Holly.’

Who loves Catan??? The Washington State Summer Con will host an official CATAN United States National Championship Qualifier Tournament. We will have 3 preliminary rounds and one final game on June 22nd. The debut CATAN tournament at the Washington State Gaming Expo was a huge success and we are happy to bring another one to Summer Con!

The Qualifier Winner will win a guaranteed seat at the 2024 CATAN United States National Championship Tournament in St. Paul, MN September 7-8. The 2024 CATAN United States National Champion will be sent to the 2025 CATAN World Championship, with location and dates TBD.
