One of our classics we brought over from 🦞 plus a little bit more. This is our Shrimp Po’boy, served on toasty French bread from our friends over at with a roasted garlic aioli, all the dressings && a side of Poppa Mike’s Cajun Chipes, dusted with our house spice.. this combo slapss.. with a side of crystal and ice cold brew 🤤🌶️🍤🍤

First few days done and the feeling is still quite surreal. 11 years ago when we opened up we only dreamed of having a second location.
We’re blessed to be a part of such an amazing community in Puyallup and without our loyal guests love and support, we could not have done this. Thank you to everyone.
Tacoma, you’ve welcomed us with open arms and we cannot wait to see what the future holds.

At Bourbon Street we strive to partner with local suppliers to bring our customers the freshest ingredients possible.

Last week, Mike, Jehan and Mikey visited a local meat processing plant in Everett and toured the plant while meting with the owners to talk about potential supplier opportunities.

We are pleased to announce that Bourbon Street will soon be offering local Washington state beef and American Wagu(Kobe) beef items on our menus soon.

Great News, we finally finished all the renovations and got all our approvals from the City, for our second restaurant Chez Lafayette Creole Brasserie, at 1101 Tacoma Ave South, Tacoma (downtown)
