Pre-season conditioning rolls into actual practice starting August 1st. Football will shift to M-F 6-8pm and Cheer T-Th 6-8pm in August.

Puyallup Jr. Vikings Sideline & Elite Cheer

Vikings temperatures are going to cool down a little but will remain warm throughout the rest of conditioning and practice months. It is VERY important that athletes hydrate ahead of the day of conditioning to avoid heat related injuries. Skip the soda, juice, slurpees and push water. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

**Weather Reminder:**
PJV follows PSD guidelines for heat index and smoke safety. Please like and follow our socials as we will post by 4pm if there are any changes to conditioning/practice. Please ensure your athlete dresses accordingly and brings plenty of water. On warm days we will have extra water and cooling rags with ice on-site. We will also have additional water breaks and a lighter workout to keep everyone safe and hydrated.

In lieu of hydration and bringing a refillable water bottle, please ensure athletes have sunscreen, appropriate athletic tennis shoes. Crocs, slides, and flip flops are not safe and athletes will not be permitted to participate with these on.
