MPK Builders were proud sponsors of the Heaven’s Hummingbirds Remembrance Run, raising money to support parents navigating the loss of their baby(ies). We are deeply impacted by this organization and were proud to show up as a company specifically honoring Millie & Maeve. All babies are perfect, but hundreds of perfect babies born still this year got some extra honor today, and our donations supporting those who have to grieve that loss. Their song will be sung! 🕊️

Our CEO/Owner and Office Manger spent the past few days away from their desk for this fun project. They turned 3 shelves into 10, making the most of this closet space 🌿

From dirt and four walls to to a beautiful health and wellness spa. We are proud of this project and excited to build a few more Augment Wellnesses this year!

We had the honor and privilege of sponsoring a table at the Compassion Connect Gala last night. Compassion Connect’s mission is to uplift and empower families as they help them navigate through crisis. Compassion Connect is an umbrella organization that includes the Compassion Queen Creek community event coming March 2, 2024 where those in need in our community can receive free dental and medical care, social services, clothing, kids toys, food boxes, and more. This will be the 10th year that the members of our company have volunteered at this event. We will always support and work closely with Compassion Connect!

Big day for MPK Builders as we put our name up and finalize the last touches for our move into the new office 😍

It was important to our clients to give their new condo a facelift, without taking away its charm. Goodbye green and yellow paint, hello beautiful countertops. An in-fill above the hutch area, new flooring in places, no more trash compactor and intercom system. These pictures were taken much later in the day than the before pictures, but you can tell there is a brighter and more cohesive feel to this space!

Entryway remodel in our Scottsdale Remodel, to match the new flooring in the laundry room. These pictures were taken before our final clean, but we wanted to show just how these small changes really brighten the space 🌟

Guest bathroom remodel to match the master bathroom in our recent Scottsdale remodel. All it took was a new vanity, shower liner, shower doors, fixtures and tile revamp the space 🛀💫

After reusing the mirror, toilet, light fixtures and flooring, it’s amazing how the detailed tile work and vanities can really elevate a space. We love how this space turned out, and so did our clients! Stay tuned for the updates around the rest of the house, including matching guest bathroom.

Our favorite part of this job was sharing in our client’s excitement each day, as she watched her space transform. We can’t wait for her to enjoy this space in perfect time for some of these cooler temperatures!

The final phase of our TI in PHX is in full force. Our subcontractors are hard at work to get this space completed for our clients. Drywall, electrical, replacing lighting and installing AC units have been completed in the warehouse. We are now working on building speciality doors, moving fire sprinklers, roofing modifications, gas lines, installing sinks and drinking fountains, and more.

We are opening a field office! Stay tuned for how we transform this space into our own over the next few weeks.

Where day 3 progress ended ➡️ where it started. Closed up a door and added a window to the existing wall that divides the large warehouse space.

Tenants are moved in and enjoying the completion of our first three phases. Excited to get started on the final phase this week!

Phase 3/4 of our tenant improvement in Phoenix. A 25x30 foot cooler box was built in the second warehouse.

Phase 3/4 of our tenant improvement in Phoenix. With licensing needs met, delivery and installation of our tenant’s equipment. The sunset was a nice added touch!

Phase 3/4 of our tenant improvement in Phoenix. Flooring was replaced throughout the building, including the office space and new rooms built in phase 2. The extended hallway from phase 1 received a cabinet.

Phase 2/4 of our tenant improvement in Phoenix. The second room created from the pre-existing warehouse was built to meet our client’s specific operating and licensing needs. These two rooms can be accessed directly from the central hallway, with close access to the remaining warehouse as well.
