In celebration of Labor Day, we will be closed Monday 9/2 and we will reopen Tuesday 9/3 @ 9 am!

In observance of July 4th, we will be closed on Thursday! We will reopen Friday @ 9 a.m.!

We will be closing early on Saturday May 25th @ 12 p.m., the water test station will close at 11:45 a.m.! Just a reminder we are closed on Sunday’s!

We will also be closed for Memorial Day on Monday May 27th! We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday May 28th! Sorry for any inconvenience!☀️

We will be closing today ( 4/17) @ 3 p.m. as we will be attending a job fair at Lake George High School that is open to the public to hopefully recruit a new employee to join our team! We will re-open tomorrow (4/18) @ 9a.m.!

As the season is quickly approaching, this is a friendly reminder to schedule your pool opening sooner than later for the desired week you would like! Please call the store during our winter office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)!

We got a poor review on Google today. It was a single star along with the following comment:

Employees not to friendly

We looked him up in our system and he hasn’t ever bought anything from us nor does he test so no one can place who it may be or why something like that be said. We are trying to not put much worth into it but it still stinks! Out staff are some of the most friendly, patient and hard working people I know. They try so hard to do their job well and to make people happy along the way. For someone who hasn’t even been a customer make such a comment about them infuriates me. I would rather the ones, still uncalled for, that are about me be spewed on social media before suggesting they aren’t friendly.
I adore each of them and know beyond a doubt they are trying their best and are always friendly.
So shame on who ever you are for lashing out on my people like that!
I am more upset about how that may make them feel than I am about the uncalled for lowering of our rating.

To all my staff who worked today, thank you, it was insane alllll dayyyy longggggg!! Thank you for hauling butt, for the awesome non stop customer service you provided and for working as hard as each of you did! Just know all our regulars know exactly how hard you work and they appreciate you just like Dave and I do. 💙
