Los Magos Sotol is in the house! Come try a sip of this ancestral, wild harvested agave spirit from the Chihuahua desert. We recommend it neat, in a Tommy’s Margarita, or in a Negroni. Sotoles are matured between 15-30 yrs before being harvested and then mesquite pit roasted for 3-5 days. Naturally fermented, distilled in wooden vats, then bottled in recycled glass.
