New Daiquiri of the Day just hit the menu! Featuring VSOP from Mauritius. This single estate rum is made from fresh cane sugar and is exclusively aged in slow-toasted French oak Cognac casks. With notes of dark toffee, honeycomb, hazelnut, and oak, this is a must try!

New Mezcal of the Moment! We are so excited to share some de la Sierra Alto with you.

Coming from Michoacán, this mezcal has a distinctly different flavor profile than those traditionally seen in Oaxaca or other regions in Mexico.

Run by maestro Emilio Vieyra, this has been a family production for 6 generations with over 400 years of mezcal production in his family.

Emilio’s vinata (distillery) is located in the middle of a pine forest on the steep slopes of a mountainous canyon. Alto has notes of ripe agave, pine, and citrus with a long smokey finish.

Emilio has the ancestral skill and uses traditional mezcal production processes, including the use of the Filipino still. Emilio became the first mezcalero to be certified by the CRM in the entire state of Michoacán. You may also recognize Emilio’s work with notable tequila brands like Cascahuin and Siembre Valles which produce tequila using traditional mezcal processes in the state of Jalisco. (both also available at Pearl and Lime)
