Cake Giveaway Update 🩷

We have chosen to donate the cake to the Critical Care Nurses at South Shore Hospital and brighten their day! They absolutely loved it!

We want to thank everyone who shared their stories with us! We were deeply moved by your entries and believe each recipient is deserving. 🤗

While we originally planned to only donate one cake, we've since decided to make this a regular event and introduce the Fratelli’s Sweet-Stakes where we’ll be giving away a free (and adorable) cake every month! We'll strive to spread our Fratelli’s sweetness and diversify our selection of recipients, including hospitals, businesses, individuals & beyond. We may even choose randomly from a hat when we just can’t decide between all the amazing entries! 🫶🏻

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Elyse, our amazingly talented Specialty Cake Decorator! 🎂

Elyse is one of the main ingredients to our success story, having been a part of our team since opening in 2005. Elyse started her career at Fratelli’s as a front of the house employee, but always showcased a creative spark through her beautiful drawings. Her unique talent was quickly recognized - we immediately replaced the pencil with a frosting bag and well, the rest is history! 🤩

Since beginning her journey decorating cakes, she has quickly become one of the most talented decorators we (or anyone) have ever seen. Elyse has the ability to take on any kind of decorating task. However, what sets her apart is her ability to create abstract art drawings out of frosting. These photos are just some of her MANY masterpieces she has created. We are amazed every day by her work and appreciate her time, patience, talent and skill that she brings to Fratelli’s. 🌟
