After 10 amazing years, we have decided to reimagine the dining experience at Pho Linh and will be closing for a refresh on January 31st.

We will re-open on Thursday February 8th as Lê Madeline, and will still be offering all of your favorites for lunch, while adding an amazing dinner menu by our new Executive Chef Peter Nguyen! We also will feature new cocktails by the talented Allan Yee and a curated wine and beer menu.

Thank you for your support for the past decade and especially during that weird Covid period! We are thrilled to host you and your loved ones when we reopen!!

Hi Everyone,

It’s been amazing welcoming everyone back this past weekend!

Through the first few days of service, we’ve identified a handful of areas that need our attention and will be closing Sunday evening for maintenance.

March 15th, 2020 was the last time we had the pleasure of hosting you inside our restaurant.

It’s been a long two and a half years, but we are (finally) ready to open the doors for you again on Thursday 😊.

But first, we would like to invite everyone to join us for dinner Wednesday November 16th for a sneak preview of the revamped Pho Linh starting at 6PM!

We are starting with a basic menu of the classics, and will be working on new menu items over the next month.

If you like to join us tomorrow night, please send us a DM on Facebook with your party size and requested time. Once we confirm, you will be on the official guest list for the evening!

We are eternally grateful for all of your support since we originally opened, and especially since March of 2020. As a token of our appreciation, our friends and family event will be open for reservations to all of you! We will be hosting the friends and family event next week…please stay tuned for details. 😊

Getting closer.

Have you ever started a home renovation project that started out as just the countertops, but then included the backsplash, the cabinets, the floors, and the fixtures...

That is pretty much what happened at Pho Linh, and it is taking much longer than expected. 😅

We appreciate your not forgetting about us! We know better now than to give definitive dates, and expect a majority of the renovations to be completed within the next two weeks.

Here is a complete list of all of the updates:

Initial renovation plan:
- Replace enclosed waitstaff service nook with open service island.
- Create two kitchen windows to give customers more view into the kitchen action
- Add two new heating/cooling units
- Update wall finishes, lighting
- Update kitchen equipment

Things we added because they were due in a couple years and we don't want to close down again for a long long time:
- Replaced all of the LVT floors with large format ceramic tile
- Streamlined the entrance vestibule to create more dining room space
- Removed the host/reception counter, extended the booth seating
- Replaced/improved entire kitchen hood system (this will greatly assist in climate control of the restaurant)

What's left?
- Finishing all of the new decorative molding
- Completing the countertop for the new service island
- Refabricating all booths
- Bringing in all new kitchen equipment
- Added décor elements and plants

We will be closing for renovations starting this Monday May 16th. We plan to reopen full with indoor-dining (FINALLY) in June! More details to come...thank you for all of your support, means the world to us!
