Went to school for massage therapy in 2020, graduated and started working in 2021. I am passionate about my work, it has helped me to manage my own anxiety issues while I help others manage their pain and anxiety. 82 degrees is the perfect temperature to receive a massage. Even with a mild winter it feels sooo good to be warm 😊

Tested out a new 1800 watt infrared heating panel today and OMG it’s amazing…. No bright light, just deep heat! You can be as toasty warm as you want to be during your massage. You’ve heard about “hot yoga” but what about a hot massage?!

Lymphatic massage has a lot of usefulness! Reducing swelling and inflammation, managing lymphedema, promoting relaxation, helping your immune system, and speeding up recovery after surgery. I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and have additional training in post-op lymphatic massage and scar tissue mobilization.

Services – Zone of Zen All services are priced the same, following my “Name Your Own Price” policy. All services can include hot towels as desired. What the heck is this?! That's right, I built a quick wall of acoustic ceiling tiles around the furnace to dampen the sound. No one has complained yet but the sound has always bugged me - here's hoping the next session is a little more tranquil. 🥳
