Being an extra set of eyes and ears in your neighborhood takes no extra time but can make a significant impact, whether your neighborhood is in Racine, Mount Pleasant, Caledonia, Sturtevant, or west of the Interstate!
Remember: when you see something, say something. You have the power to make a difference! RNW will provide all the training and resources you need to get started, plus some perks for our volunteer pups!

Even if you never met Jonathan, your life as a Racine County resident is better and richer for his leadership, passion, and dedication to making Racine County a hospitable, welcoming, and safe place to raise families, embrace all communities, grow old, and experience a good and happy life.

Our challenge is to support and carry on his vision and mission. It won't be easy, and it won't be perfect. But if we listen, Jonathan's voice whispering in our hearts, thoughts, and inspiration.

The Board of Directors and staff of Racine Neighborhood Watch join the community in mourning the passing of Racine County Executive Jonathan Delagrave.

As County Executive, he was a man of passion and vision. He worked tirelessly and endlessly to improve quality of life, create opportunities, instill positive change, promote education, support families and family members, and build a safe community in which to live, work, and play. He was warm, approachable, friendly, and kind. He was a man of great stature and integrity.

Our community has experienced a loss too great to put into words. We pray that his family, friends, colleagues, and Racine County are blessed with courage and strength in the difficult days ahead.

MISSING: Akilah Montgomery has not been seen by family since May 29, 2024 between 9:30-10am. She packed a small bag of clothes and left without telling anyone. This is not like Akilah not to contact her family. She is not in her vehicle and her cell phone goes right to voicemail. Akilah also has not been at work. MPPD and Phillip's family asks for your help! PHILLIP was last seen on 4/29/24 in the area of 85th St and Sheridan Rd in Kenosha. He was last seen wearing a cream Nike hoodie, khaki jogging pants, and carrying a black a white backpack.
