“After checking out, I realized that I had left a sweater in my room. I emailed the hotel and received a phone call within the hour from a representative letting me know that the sweater was found and that arrangements would be made to have it sent to me. The next day, a manager called to let me know that the sweater was being sent by UPS using my credit card information. Both staff members could not have been more helpful. The hotel is comfortable and close to colleges, restaurants, shopping and activities. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.”

“We were well pleased with our stay at the Radnor Hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. The refurbished room was great...newer, clean, no dents and built up wear. Even the carpet was clean. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable and no issues. We chose to eat supper there as well. It was a Sunday night so it wasn't busy and the waitress could spend extra time with us, a delight. We had the salmon and it was quite good with vegetable noodles and black lentils. Be sure to have the apple strudel!”

Our contact during planning was THE BEST, he was attentive and caring, prompt in responses and made sure we had any and all questions answered. “I don’t know why I've never stayed at the Radnor Hotel when I return to the Mainline, but I'll never stay at another hotel in the area again. The room at RH was clean and spacious, there's free and easy parking, super nice front desk staff, and free Sunday brunch. I'd been to the restaurant before when I'd come into town for family funerals luncheons and always enjoyed my meals. This time, after I checked in, I had lunch and possibly the best burger and sweet potato fries I've ever had. Free breakfast after a late night with old friends was just right before I headed back home. I'll definitely come again and avoid the long drive from Center City, Conshohocken, or Devon.”

“I always enjoy the Radnor. Rooms are bright and clean, food is great. I especially like the breakfast and having an evening cocktail at the bar. There is a small hotel vibe which makes the service more personal. The location works for me, but realize that you are not very close to downtown Philly. We attended a private function at the hotel that was well organized with great food and drinks.”

“Great service, quiet, great mattresses, and everything works. You can tell this place hasn't been steamrolled by the big corporate giants. I thought I left something in the room, and they immediately checked. It is that extra effort you don't see anymore.

The breakfast buffet was quite good, and they actually have staff available to help should you require it. In a world where companies are cutting on staff, the Radnor has doubled down on friend folks.

The workout room could use exercise mats, but it has everything else.”
