Today is World Autism awareness day, but that is everyday in our house. For those of you who don't know, my son Bear was diagnosed with Autism just before he turned 3. He has come a long way thanks the people in our community who have supported and encouraged and guided us.

Autism looks different for every family and every individual and no 2 stories are the same. I can guarantee that you have someone close to you on the spectrum, even if they don't say so publically. Today is a good excuse to go let that person know how much you love them ❤️

And if you ever need to talk to someone who "gets" it, feel free to reach out.

Teacher workday means coming to work with mom and helping a seller prepare for listing photos! Bear was a great help removing a built in bench today.

Bradford pears can breed with other varieties of pear trees and spread in natural forests, replacing native trees and creating “food deserts” for birds. You’ll see their characteristic white blooms in full effect in March or early spring. We’re teaming up with N.C. Forest Service, NC Urban Forest Council, and NC Wildlife Federation to encourage North Carolinians to remove and replace these invasive trees.

This is an objection I see a lot right now. Many buyers are "waiting until the market collapses". The problem is that the majority of real estate experts don't believe that the Triangle has a housing bubble at all.

Our population growth and the increase in companies moving to the area is creating a boom in our housing market. This boom may slow somewhat as inventory increases but local experts agree that home values will continue to rise in the Triangle market.
