For example, the first read through, you would write the number of words you read accurately, and how many words you read in a minute. Parents, print this off at home for summer practice!

COVID was a difficult time for students, parents, and teachers alike. The last few years have been inconsistent, between being in and out of schools, virtual and in person, and it’s tough for educators to catch students up while continuing to teach grade level content.

Many students are struggling with focus, time management, stamina, and organizational skills as well as struggling in one or more of their core subjects. This combination makes it difficult for students to achieve their educational goals, and they need guidance and practice to hone these skills!

My name is Courtney Scaduto and I’ve been a teacher for the last three years, I’ve worked in the classroom for the last five years, and worked with children in a variety of ways for the last ten.
