Neko Opp Wellness Exam
#WellnessWednesday Neko is a senior kitty who was here for a senior wellness exam and labwork. She appreciated our team using FearFree techniques (gentle restraint, distracting him with a delicious churu treat, talking to him, etc.) to get her bloodwork and to make her visit more relaxing and less stressful. Neko was a super great patient for everything, but of course his favorite part of the visit was the delicious treats! We want to provide all of our patients with the same great experience!

Max's 3rd Birthday!
Max was super excited the staff sang to him on his birthday (yesterday)! While the cone of shame is no birthday gift, he forgot all about being at the vet for a minute! Happy Birthday, Max! We hope you enjoyed lots of birthday goodies!

Charlie wasn't feeling so great so he stayed hospitalized with us recently. You can tell he was very attentive to what his doctors had to say to him 🤣 He's now home and feeling much better!

What's better than a first puppy visit? A Fear Free first puppy visit!! This little cutie had never had a nail trim before, but with the help of some tasty treats and low stress handling techniques, she had a blast!

QCAH stick removal
Does your dog love playing with sticks? Check out this video of Dr. Sanders removing a portion of a stick that got stuck to top of this kiddo's mouth! This pet was sedated in case the stick removal was more difficult than initially anticipated. Luckily it was a quick fix and he's doing well at home now ☺️
