We always get asked, "What does Without a Trace mean?" π We do not use any of the Big 9 food allergens in our products, nor do we permit those ingredients in our dedicated facility where we manufacture and package all products. We conduct thorough diligence on our suppliers, working with single source suppliers when possible and confirming their allergen control protocols. And finally, we conduct routine testing as we work tirelessly to minimize risks. We take this multifaceted approach seriously.

In November 2016, we tragically lost our 11-year-old son, Oakley, due to a fatal anaphylactic reaction resulting from a mild nut allergy.
Shortly after Oakleyβs death, we decided to publicly share Oakleyβs story to help raise awareness about the dangers of food allergies. We immediately saw a need for awareness and founded the non-profit organization Red Sneakers for Oakley in memory of our son.
Oakley wore red sneakers in the multiple sports he played so it was only natural that we looked to Oakleyβs favorite shoes as a powerful symbol to represent the severity of food allergies.
We hope you will put on your red sneakers in support of food allergy awareness and help us honor Oakleyβs memory.
