CrossFit RDU may be the largest (14,000 SqFt) and most well equipped Strength and Conditioning facility in the area- but don’t let our size fool you. Throughout our growth we have maintained a very welcoming atmosphere and our coaches remain engaged with individual clients. At CrossFit RDU, our mission is to improve the
fitness of our clients through proven methodologies and safe strength based conditioning. The very first thing you will discover is that we don’t discriminate. Whether you are 60 years old, training for the Olympics, recovering from injury, healing a broken heart or haven’t walked more than a mile in years…CrossFit RDU will help you achieve your fitness goals. CrossFit RDU bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts are designed for anyone willing to work hard. Most clients participate in our group classes. We also have substantial focus on: Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, one on one training, group training, BootCamp training, Sport Specific training for athletes and Competitive CrossFit training.
