Tomato season is here, finally🙌🍅
However, lately it has been a rough ride due to Mother Nature.
The weather has caused late nights (a few with little to no sleep) pumping water out of the fields and another 600 wooden rods to stake our tomatoes back up off the ground.
To say the least- the last few weeks have been hard.
Pray for the farmers, thank the farmers and support the local farmers. They truly work so hard at what they do.
We are truly thankful to everyone who supports us. We love and appreciate you all.🙏🏻

Stuff them! Eight ball summer squash can be cooked just like any other summer squash but is delicious stuffed just like a pepper.
Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and baked for 30 minutes at 350.

Guess who is graduating Friday? This farming, traveling, family loving girl. And we couldn’t be more proud of all her hard work she pours into the farm and all the jobs she does. She works hard and plays harder 🤣Cheryl Moore was raised at the State Farmers Market in the summer months in cantaloupe and watermelon bens I used as a pack n play and it’s been instilled in her every since. Stop by and see her this week at the market and wish her a Happy Graduation!

Come see us at the State Farmers Market MAY 4th for strawberry day. 8-5. Samples and activities provided by the market and we have Sweet Charlie strawberries available by the flat, bucket or quart. Sweet Charlie Straberries are smaller berries, have a shorter shelf life but the flavor will have you at the first bite! Oh so Sweet!
