A super important measurement of your metabolic and cardiac health is looking at the ratio of your Triglycerides to HDL levels. Ideally you are seeing 2:1 ratio (trig/HDL). Anything over 4:1 means you are in really rough shape. Shoot for 2:1
If you find yourself frequently "sighing" and feeling shortness of breath, there is likely stagnation in your Qi
Your gut is in rough shape if you "can't digest meat".

I've made the switch to 100% cotton underwear to protect my unmentionables and in the process of changing all my clothing over. I expect this will take several years...
BTW Lulu and others are terrible for this. You are basically wearing plastic on your body. Yes I still own some Lulu.

Patience is a superpower.
Someone losing 20 pounds in 5 years is far more impressive to me than 20 pounds in five weeks.
I can guarantee that person #1 learned many things (about themselves mostly), had struggles and worked to overcome them and developed some healthy habits.
Unlikely anything of substance happened with person #2, at least not yet.
Where has your patience superpower added value to your life or others?
Every child should see a chiropractor. Only upside. Quit spending money on supplements and gadgets and gizmos. Get them healthy neurologically first and then add whatever support they need. If you need a good chiro message me and I’ll help you find one.
