The gardening psychic
Showing up as I am and as I am not. Loving you as you are and as you are not.
“Love is the strongest medicine we grow, love is…. The strongest medicine”.
Spending the month working on my favorite farm on Oahu 🌺
“If you suddenly and unexpectedly feel joy, don’t hesitate. Give in to it. There are plenty of lives and whole towns destroyed or about to be. We are not wise, and not very often kind. And much can never be redeemed. Still, life has some possibility left. Perhaps this is its way of fighting back, that sometimes something happens better than all the riches or power in the world. It could be anything, be very likely you notice it in the instant when love begins. Anyway, that’s often the case. Anyway, whatever it is, don’t be afraid of its plenty. Joy is not made to be a crumb.”
—Mary Oliver
Sometimes I have somewhat profound s**t to say and sometimes I just want to share the vibes of a peaceful ass night 🔥 🌝 🌅
A good sky is medicine
I’ve been missing my gardens so much since we’ve moved. They took me almost three years to build and create and they were wild and wonderful and perfect. This new house has very old mature pine trees that block most of the sun, so I’m learning what will grow in this new microclimate. In the meantime, helping to heal my half broken gardener’s heart, I’ve been growing indoors with my that I got from my partner for Christmas. It brings life into my kitchen and encourages me to eat my greens and eat my flowers and make mint tea 🍵 🌿🍃🌺🥬💚
Sending bright light and warm love your way this holiday season 🕯 💕💜
Poem of the One World
by Mary Oliver
This morning
the beautiful white heron
was floating along above the water
and then into the sky of this
the one world
we all belong to
where everything
sooner or later
is a part of everything else
which thought made me feel
for a little while
quite, beautiful, myself.
“Are my boots old? Is my coat torn?
Am I no longer young and still not half-perfect? Let me
keep my mind on what matters,
which is my work,
which is mostly standing still and learning to be astonished.” -Mary Oliver
New home, old trees, old loves, soft sky, fall air— all well. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
When the evening light is so perfect it makes me catch my breath.
Good morning. I love you. Deep breaths.
Today I was taking pictures of my flowers and my home because we’re moving in a couple of weeks and well— idk I was just feeling really loving of this land and this earth on which I’ve created a home and next thing I know, a hummingbird has flown up directly in front of me. This beautiful teeny tiny chunk of magic radiating joy into all of the space around me and I knew then that it all was working out as it was supposed to.
Zinnias, fig tree, cucumbers, basil don’t mind if I do.
The beauty is here but it’s easy to miss when I am absorbed—
in my anger, in my phone, in my head, in myself— The beauty is here but it’s easy to miss.
Taking a break from daily readings to work on my book and direct my focus. I’ll still have one or two days open a week for clairvoyant healing work and I look forward to seeing you there! Sending you all so much abundance and love and ease and joy. 🌸🌺🌱🐝🌺
Everything wakes up, including me. Stretching, breathing, opening, waking, lifting heart to sky.

I find myself welcoming spring even more joyfully this year after a winter that felt lonelier and colder than I would have liked. Welcoming the flowers and the warmth. Welcoming the bird noises. Feeling the sun on my face. Planting seeds. Deep breaths in and out— thank you thank you thank you. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti peace peace peace. 🌸 March readings have filled up fast and there are only a few more available this month! 🌸
Evaporation from tree to sky. Birds singing, warmer air, reminders that we are on the cusp of spring. “All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.” Deep breath in.... out.... presence.

During this pandemic...
The thing I notice wearing thin is my patience, my calm.
It grows thin like an old coat that has been worn too long.
It craves silence and space and friends and nature and noise and music and crowds— all of these things at once.
It’s as if the few voices that I hear often feel too loud and the expectation to be all things is too weighty.
I meditate longer, workout longer, drink less coffee and still..... my patience isn’t what it once was. Not even close.
This poem is a reminder for myself. Breathe.
I chalk it up to the times we’re living in and I give myself grace.
Storage
“When I moved from one house to another there were many things I had no room for. What does one do? I rented a storage space. And filled it. Years passed. Occasionally I went there and looked in, but nothing happened, not a single twinge of the heart.
As I grew older the things I cared
about grew fewer, but were more
important. So one day I undid the lock and called the trash man. He took everything.
I felt like the little donkey when
his burden was finally lifted. Things!
Burn them, burn them! Make a beautiful fire! More room in your heart for love, for the trees! For the birds who own nothing – the reason they can fly.”
