A significant injury kept me from working out most of the winter & spring. Today is the 1st day of ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’‚๐’๐’๐’†๐’๐’ˆ๐’† 2 - walk at least 7k steps daily + continue drinking at least 8 cups of water daily. Don't allow the rain to get you off track. Here are some #๐™Ž๐™๐™๐˜ผ๐™๐™€๐™‚๐™„๐™€๐™Ž to still get in your steps: 1. Play with your furbaby indoors. 2. Dance around your house/apartment/room. 3. Each time a commercial comes on walk around the living room or pace back & forth in the bedroom til it goes off. 4. Every hour take a 5min break to walk around the house as many times as you can. 5. Don't sit while on a business or personal call, walk around. 6. March in place for 15min at a time w/intensity. I like to do it for an hour, to replace a workout. 7. Clean up - vacuum, dump the trash in each room (one room at a time to create extra steps), do laundry, clean windows & baseboards. 8. Play hide & seek w/the kiddos.
