Bad spare parts management examples: We've seen bearings completely open sometimes even in some cases, wrap them and put them on the shelf. I've seen open packs where people were looking for bearings, to open the pack and if it's the wrong bearing and then put it back without closing the pack. Use a temperature gauge instead of just feeling the piece of equipment. You'll become more objective and that goes for everything such as infrared. It could be different pressures, current, whatever, whatever mesh, whatever it is we'll measure.
