Founded by members of the Simpkins family in 1962, was paved in 1987 and became NASCAR sanctioned in 2020.

It is with profound sadness that we must report the passing of our dear friend, Mike Ray.🖤
As you may know, Mike was our track ambassador everywhere he traveled and especially through his various social media posts, podcast, and vlog, even while he was battling a chronic illness. We will have much more to say and write in the coming days while we all join Mike's family in grieving his loss.

By the grace of God and 600 horsepower, you will live in our hearts forever.🙏🏁
