Bad pump bearings needing replacement but two guys on one wrench (don’t google that) couldn’t budge one of the valves that hadn’t been exercised since the building went up in the 50s. 40HP motor bearing change out. Keeping your motors properly maintained not only keeps them running more efficiently but they’ll also be a lot quieter and won’t wake your sleeping clients. Make sure they’re getting properly greased and belt tension is correct so the bearings don’t wear out prematurely.

Customer had both compressors fail within weeks from each other from a poor install littered with leaks and dye (put in at startup) for the last 8 years. We were able to replace several leaking coils and head units inside, find and repair any leaking flares at the branch boxes, and replace and repipe the twinned condensers including Mitsubishi’s refrigerant filter system. After running the system through the filter drier for a few hours we found slight greenish hue, showing (and hoping) it removed the dye and acid. Happy customers and happy technicians!

Who wants to help change this leaking 75Ton evap coil? Sure is a biggun’. 9ft long and 6ft tall. Gonna need some muscles for this one.
