The sun is finally out and I am ready for the weekend.

Getting started with a trip to the Y with my son (he "leaves" for college in 7 days 🙀). Soaking up all the time with him.

Stay safe, friends. My lovely bride has already been texting with a good family friend who made the decision to turn around & head home instead of driving into Raleigh for work.

Did you know...
✴️ 6 inches of water will reach the bottom of most vehicles. This could cause the vehicle to stall or possible loss of control.

✴️ It takes as little as 12 inches of water on the road for a car to be swept away.

Stay home if you can. Flood levels can continue to rise even after the rain ends as runoff flows into creeks, ponds & rivers.

Make the wise decision - turn around, don't drown.

First proposal of the day out the door. Barely 5:50 am. Client called yesterday late and needed something first thing this 🌄 morning.

Road Trip Tips

School's almost out and it is time to hit the road for summer vacation. Here are a couple quick tips to keep you and your family safe this summer.

Drivers:
●Know your route.
●Avoid multitasking - stay off phone and avoid eating/drinking while driving. These can be 2 major distractors of drivers.

Other good tips:
●Look over your car - check tires, fluids and lights.
●Have designated areas for children and pets to keep everyone safe.
●No obstructed views when packing - keep sight lines clear.
●Using a roof rack? Know the height/weight limits.
