PROJECT MANAGER
Landvision Designs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients daily to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide assurance that contract obligations, quality standards, and expectations are fulfilled.
• Provide support (knowledge) to all Team Members in performing and completing all client projects.
• Ensure quality work standards are met by all Team Members for all clients.
• Facilitate and coordinate with sub-contractors as needed to accomplish contracted tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Five years of management experience preferred.
• Applicant must have valid NC driver’s license.
• Background check and drug testing are required.

For many of our projects, it just takes several key changes to completely transform your outdoor space. For this project, a few of the key items on the design were a tree removal, stone edging, a paver landing, irregular flagstone stepping stones, sod installation, and some new plantings to completely update this space!
