Tonight is our last night serving Chef David's delicious courses to our wonderful friends, guests, and family.
Our private wine dinners have been experiences we have thoroughly enjoyed hosting over the years and this year we are going out with a bang!
Our bar team (some not pictured) have been an integral part of the craft and cultivation of our bar program. We have always worked to encourage our staff to create cocktails, educate themselves on spirits and wine, and experience personal growth in ways that may carry them through life.
To all of our Plates family, new and old, thank you for everything!

Whether you came for brunch or dinner, Chef Glen had a hand in all parts of your meal. He is our dedicated Sous and Chef Dave's right hand man.
His award winning wife, Chef Tie has been the BEST pastry chef to grace us with her delicious creations for over 9 years.
These amazing chefs have been a part of our team for almost as long as Plates has existed. We have not only watched them both grow and succeed professionally, but also continue to watch them grow as a family.
