Hot topic right now for NC homeowners or those considering buying in 2024! Insurance Rates, Property Values, & Appeal Process - oh my!

Here's what you need to know:
🗃 The NC Rate Bureau filed a rate filing with the Dept of Insurance to increase rates statewide of 42.2%
📈 Wake and Durham counties proposed rate increase of 39.8%. Remember - even though
a filing has occurred, doesn't mean they will get the full amount. However, be prepared
for an increase!
🗓 Property re-evaluations are completed for Wake County as well!
